The Office of the Defence Advisor executes various tasks but broadly covering; Defence Policy Exchanges and Military Cooperation related duties to promote Uganda’s Defence Policy, understand and contribute to better understanding of India’s Defence Policy. The Office is also charged with the responsibility of developing bilateral relations in the field of military cooperation between both countries.
