Her Excellency Prof. Joyce Kakuramatsi Kikafunda, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Uganda designate to the Republic of Singapore presented her Letters of Credence to Her Excellency Madam Halimah Yacob, the President of the Republic of Singapore on 25^th July 2023 at a colorful ceremony held at The Istana (Presidential Palace).

The ceremony started with the customary inspection of the Presidential Guard of Honor and Salute at Istana grounds.

Thereafter, Excellency Prof. Joyce Kakuramatsi Kikafunda, presented her Letters of Credence and was cordially received by H.E President Halimah Yacob. The High Commissioner expressed appreciation to the Presindent of Singapore for the warm welcome and conveyed greetings from H.E Yoweri Kaguta Museveni, Peesident of the Republic of Uganda. Amb. Kikafunda reaffirmed the strength and vitality of the bilateral relations between the two countries which span over 36 years and commited to enhance collaboration with the Government of Singapore towards shared bilateral and global affluence.
