High Commissioner briefs Uganda bound participants of National Defence College - India. 

High Commissioner Prof. Joyce Kakuramatsi Kikafunda this afternoon visited the National Defence College for a pre-departure briefing of NDC Senior officials who will be visiting Uganda as part of the Foreign Country Study Tour for the 64^th DC Course.

The High Commissioner was accompanied by Col. Simon Peter Oyo – Defence Advisor, Mr. Brian Phenox Mwanika - Counsellor, Mr. Richard Buhanya Lwamafa – Second Secretary.

The NDC participants were briefed on Uganda’s political history, economic journey, military overview, visa requirements, customs regulations and useful general tourist information.
