H.E. Prof Joyce Kakuramasti Kikafunda, on 24^th April 2024, received H.E Kshenuka Dhireni Senewiratne, High Commissioner to the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka to the Republic of India, who had paid a courtesy visit to Uganda High Commission in New Delhi.

The courtesy visit follows Sri Lanka’s highest-level participation in the 19^th Summit of the Non-Aligned Movement and Third South Summit held in January 2024 in Kampala, Uganda.

Prof. Kikafunda and her guest discussed a wide range of bilateral and multilateral issues purposed at enhancing mutual cooperation and strengthening relations between the Governments and Peoples of the Republic of Uganda and Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.
